Policies, ownership and marks.

In short: VersionVision does not upload your models or personal data. There is no account, no usage analytics, no crash reporting and no activation callback.

Network behavior. The cn and intl builds download license-deactivation information, at most once a day in the background, and upload nothing. The intl-ew build contains no network code.

Data on your computer. Your version history, labels and settings are stored locally, in the archive location you choose. We never receive them.

Diagnostic package. If you ask for support, you can create a diagnostic package locally. It is never sent automatically. It may contain model paths, project file names, your signer name and recent errors, so please review it before sending. We use it only to investigate your issue, do not share it, and delete it once the issue is resolved, within 90 days at most.

Purchases and after-sales. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record where applicable. We keep order records such as order number, email, name, time, amount and license serial number, to provide support and process refunds. If an order is refunded or charged back, its serial number is added to the deactivation list and the software becomes read-only; your version history is not affected. Charge-back or fraud cases may lead us to block the purchasing email.

Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. We reply within 15 business days.

Children. The product is not intended for children under 14.

License, not ownership. You receive a license to use VersionVision; ownership of the software stays with JPG Studio. Your version history and models belong to you.

Personal license. For your own use, on any number of your own devices. It may not be shared among several people.

Restrictions. Do not resell or redistribute the software, reverse-engineer or decompile it, bypass its licensing, or use it to build a competing product.

Updates and support. A purchase includes one year of updates. Versions you have received remain usable permanently. Support is provided by email or WeChat without a guaranteed response time.

Privacy. See the Privacy Policy above.

Disclaimer and liability. The software is provided as is. Keep ordinary backups of your projects. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Termination. We may terminate the license for breach of these terms, or if an order is refunded, charged back or found fraudulent. The software then becomes read-only, and your archive data remains yours.

Third-party components. The software includes third-party components under their own licenses.

Governing law. The laws of the People's Republic of China apply. Disputes are first resolved through consultation, and otherwise by the court at our place of business.

The trial is the refund period. Every feature is free to try for 30 days, so purchases are generally not refundable.

Full refund in two cases: a duplicate or mistaken purchase; or the software cannot run properly in your environment and we cannot resolve it, or it clearly does not match what the product page describes.

Not refundable: you tried it and decided you do not need it; you repurchase the same edition after a refund; the license was terminated for violating the Terms of Service; purchases made through a third-party platform follow that platform's rules.

After a refund. The license is deactivated; your version history is not affected.
